Refunds are made to the original payment method you used for your order

If you paid using a credit or debit card, the original card would be refunded

Our refunds are processed through our payment gateway, Stripe. Below is a breakdown of refund processing time:

If you paid using PayPal, we would refund your PayPal account

If you paid for your order with a gift card, then we will refund the same gift card

If you made part payment with a gift card and the rest via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard - your refund would be split across the payment methods in the same split that was used for your original order
