There is a few things you will need to do.

• Check the discount has not expired
• Check the code has been entered correctly and matches (They are case sensitive). You could copy and paste the code
• Do not use a discount code on sale or promotional items (codes are only valid on full-priced items)

If it is single-use, it may be that the code has already been used on a previous order.
